Can’t believe it took me 5 years since moving to Whitby to discover this place, but I’m glad I finally did. Great Italian food, comfy and lovely atmosphere, the friendliest staff. Guaranteed you’ll have a lovely time. Highly recommend making a reservation, especially on Fridays and weekend.

I’ve always loved their takeout menu, and I finally got to dine in and enjoy everything fresh—and it did not disappoint! We had our Christmas dinner at Bella Note, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The manager and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The drinks were great, and the food was excellent! I especially loved the freshness of the seafood and pasta. The risotto was phenomenal, and the desserts were amazing as well. Overall, it was a fabulous experience. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending Bella Note to all my friends and family!

We had a waiter named Mario who was absolutely spectacular. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday and he went above and beyond - bringing out dessert for her along with complimentary chocolates, which was such a sweet touch. We ordered the seafood platter and felt it was a bit light on seafood for the price, but Mario immediately made it right by bringing out an additional plate of octopus on the house, which we really appreciated. He was extremely pleasant, attentive, and made the entire experience special. Outstanding service!

Absolutely delicious food, drinks and service. We came for my mother in law's birthday and she had a wonderful time. I haven't had Tartufo in years, and this one was absolutely delicious. Will absolutely come back here for more special occasions.

This is the best italian restaurant in Durham region. Make sure to celebrate your occasions & birthdays here... The food was amazingly fresh... well presented... with a very very good portion for the amount we are paying... Value & hospitality is what you receive.. I highly recommend Bella Notte

My first time there was a great experience. My friend that brought me there has been there several times. Our reservation was 530pm on a Saturday and it was already full of patrons. That was great to see. The side we were seated on felt small and quaint but the other side is much larger. Our server was lovely and checked on us frequently. My friend advise the service was too quick with meals coming out too soon in the past. This time she gave us ample time to talk and enjoy our food. We had a pinza which was divine. As well as Spaghettinni & meatballs and Penne with sausage with a half carafe of wine. For dessert we enjoyed a shared Tiramisu and a cappuccino and tea. Before tip we spent $138 on those 7 items. Parking is full. A few spots are close by and some a minute walk to the other side of the lot.

Dinner was absolutely delicious! We all enjoyed everything we got. Starter: cured meat platter Mains: spaghettini carbonara, lobster pasta, angel hair pasta. Went in for a belated birthday dinner. It wasn't very busy, as it was Halloween night and the Jays game was taking place. Very nice atmosphere and delicious food, but 10 stars goes to our lovely host, Bradley. You Sir, are a star! Charisma, personality, caring and humble. Thank you so much for making our night extra special. Bella Notte gave us a beautiful night indeed. We will be back!
